该机是针对粉末物料实现自动包装而设计的双辊筒的包装机械。采用了先进的PLC控制系统，通过触摸屏可完成大部分的功能设置。独有的光电系统，能自动跟踪并锁定光标位置。封口采用辊筒方式，花纹采用完整、连续的棋盘纹。还配有方便开袋的易撕口切口装置，实现了制袋、充填、封口、光电自动校准、切断、计数等自动包装过程。
This machine is designed to be dual roller type in order to realize automatic packaging powder materials, built-in PLC control system and touch screen to finished most of functions’ setting. Exact photoelectric detecting system can automatically tracking position of cursor. Uses roller sealing method with chessboard pattern and easy tear notch device. All these devices cooperating with each other, realize bag form, fill, seal, calibration, cut, count and etc. functions fully automatic.
